I know of no better way to describe the level of satisfaction we have experienced with Laser Line over the past several years but to say, you make it easy for us to do business with you. There are many organizations in your space with which our company might do business. However, continuous outrageous service and ease of doing business continue to place Laser Line at the top of our preferred vendor list.

Please let your associates know that the work they do for our company does not go unnoticed.

Our primary call center staff no longer have to serve as a warehouse managers and delivery agents for the dozens of models of printer toner needed to support over 200 printers on our two campuses, nor do we need to have our second tier support personnel spending countless hours diagnosing printer failures only to eventually have to send the device out to a vendor for repairs.The time savings alone made this a very profitable solution for us but the other benefits are numerous.

I just wanted to formally thank you for the work you and your team performed over the past couple of days. From ordering these printers (125+) through delivery and installation, you and your team were very professional, efficient, and courteous. Outstanding service!!!!!

Your staff is pleasant and professional and the response time to clear a jam, change a print cartridge or just fix an aging printer has been remarkable. I don't believe we have ever waited more than a few hours at most. I would have many disgruntled employees if I ever decided to even try a new vendor.

After being with my previous copier company for decades, Laser Line showed me what I was missing out on.  Mark (Corsi) was very upfront with my options and gave me exactly what I asked for a great price.  When the machine came it was set up on my network quickly and even personalized for our company and users.  I can’t wait to continue to work with Laser Line for the life of my machine and whatever comes next.

7-10-18: Wonderful customer service...  I called and then stopped by their office with a Canon laser printer that needed an error code reset (P07) per 1-800 Canon.... serviceman explained all my options at no charge...  I decided to go ahead and spend the $40.00 diagnostic charge just in case it fixed the problem well enough to go back home and plug in the printer and kick the can down the road on replacing it.   In the end it worked!  Worth every penny of the $40 for the expertise, understanding all my options and making the best decision for my situation without wandering around the internet for several hours wondering if what I was reading applied or not.  Thank you Laser Line!
