After years of outsourcing to companies in California for business leads, it occurred to me that there must be a better way in which we could get new business leads, and benefit those in our local area in the process.
Instead of writing a check to someone to dial up and find us appointments, people we know, know other people that could use our services. By networking together, we could help fund great causes and improve our communities.
Laser Line has been doing business for 30 years, providing supplies and service for laser printers, as well as selling and servicing SHARP and HP multifunction devices in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia. Our objective is to be introduced to more people who could benefit from our services.
Introduce us to a colleague or friend via a lead that results in an appointment and proposal, and receive a $50 gift card for yourself or $50.00 donation to your church or charity. If we close business based on that qualified lead, we will donate $500 to your church or charity.
A lead that turns into a floor model copier lease or a PageSmart service agreement for 15 or more Laser Printers.
Our typical point of contact is the IT director or manager.

I know of no better way to describe the level of satisfaction we have experienced with Laser Line over the past several years but to say, you make it easy for us to do business with you. Our primary call center staff no longer have to serve as a warehouse managers and delivery agents for the dozens of models of printer toner needed to support over 200 printers on our two campuses, nor do we need to have our second tier support personnel spending countless hours diagnosing printer failures only to eventually have to send the device out to a vendor for repairs.The time savings alone made this a very profitable solution for us but the other benefits are numerous.
7-10-18: Wonderful customer service... I called and then stopped by their office with a Canon laser printer that needed an error code reset (P07) per 1-800 Canon.... serviceman explained all my options at no charge... I decided to go ahead and spend the $40.00 diagnostic charge just in case it fixed the problem well enough to go back home and plug in the printer and kick the can down the road on replacing it. In the end it worked! Worth every penny of the $40 for the expertise, understanding all my options and making the best decision for my situation without wandering around the internet for several hours wondering if what I was reading applied or not. Thank you Laser Line!
