If you’re in the greater Baltimore, Baltimore County, Northern Maryland, and the Washington DC area, please direct your inquiries for new devices and managed print services to James Birch.
If you’re in Anne Arundel, Howard, Montgomery, or the Prince George’s County area, please direct your inquiries for new devices and managed print services to Mark Corsi.

Please have your equipment ID number ready when you call or include it in your email subject line. If you do not have an equipment ID number yet, please provide the equipment make, model, serial number, complete contact information, and whether you need toner or service.
