We have approximately 35 color/Black printers in mostly a production environment where downtime and poor print quality is totally unacceptable. Since going with Laser Line, their monitoring, repair and consumable services have saved my company thousands' of dollars, reduction in downtime,and machines that are constantly maintained. 7-10-18: Wonderful customer service... I called and then stopped by their office with a Canon laser printer that needed an error code reset (P07) per 1-800 Canon.... serviceman explained all my options at no charge... I decided to go ahead and spend the $40.00 diagnostic charge just in case it fixed the problem well enough to go back home and plug in the printer and kick the can down the road on replacing it. In the end it worked! Worth every penny of the $40 for the expertise, understanding all my options and making the best decision for my situation without wandering around the internet for several hours wondering if what I was reading applied or not. Your staff is pleasant and professional and the response time to clear a jam, change a print cartridge or just fix an aging printer has been remarkable. I don't believe we have ever waited more than a few hours at most. I would have many disgruntled employees if I ever decided to even try a new vendor.
It is wonderful to be able to call a company and just have then come out to repair our printers when needed. Plus they have the toner that we need for our equipment. The toner sale includes installation and cleaning of the printer. A win win!
I work in the field. I am dependent on a HP Office Jet 250 (Portable Printer). My printer broke. I could see one of the sprockets that feed the paper through had bent. I called LaserLine and asked if they would look at my printer. Laser Line cautioned me that often these printers were not repairable. I went to Lase Line with the thought that once they condemn the printer I will immediately go to Best Buy and purchase a new printer. Once at Laser Line, Tech Mr. Chad came and looked at my printer, Mr. Chad stated he thought he could fix the printer. About 20 minutes later Mr. Chad gave me my printer, it was working perfectly. I can’t imagine a more professional, responsive company. I was astounded my printer was repaired while I waited. Obviously, I strongly recommend this business.
I went to laser line today to get my brother printer door fixed. They were wonderful. Everyone was friendly and courteous and they attended to me right away. Chad Martel was able to adjust the door immediately and I am eternally grateful. Thank you laser line for wonderful service.
My experience with Laser Line has been very positive. Our department use them for our office needs on a monthly basis. They have been very responsive and have quickly rectified any issues that may have come up.
No complaints here. Our first experience using Laser Line for the big HP printer at the office... Left a vmail on Thursday evening and rec'd a call back Fri morning. Tech came out that same morning & it was an "easy fix" and I'm back up and running. Would definitely recommend you give Laser Line a call if you are in need of some good advice re: your printer.
