We strongly believe in and provide preventative maintenance services to increase equipment life, output quality, and reliability.
Our proactive service philosophy greatly reduces inconvenient, costly downtime and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Laser Line’s preventative maintenance procedures meet or exceed the manufacturer’s specifications for repair.
We simply cannot stress to our customers enough that sure, maybe you can go online and order boxes cheaper but…
- Do those boxes come with a technician who’ll be there in 4 hours or less to fix your machine?
- Do they come with regular maintenance and a guarantee that offers you peace of mind?
- Do they clean your printer and load your new toner at no additional charge?
